Return window

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

What is eligible

Items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags and packaging where applicable.

Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean surface. Soles must be unmarked and free of dirt or wear.

What we offer

  • Exchanges for a different size or item. Outbound shipping for the exchange is free.
  • Store credit for the value of the returned item once approved and received.
  • complete Refunds may be granted case by case at our discretion.

Rare & Handmade items

Handmade and rare pieces are usually final sale. If there is a significant issue, contact us and we will make it right.

Where to send returns

Customers ship returns to our warehouse in Burbank, California. The full return address and instructions will be sent after your request is approved.

Processing time

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow up to 1 week for inspection and processing.

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Use the contact form on this page. Please submit a request within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, the item name, whether you want an exchange or store credit, and a brief reason. Add photos if there is a defect or fulfillment error.
  3. Wait for our reply with approval, the return address, and an RMA if needed.
  4. Pack the item securely. Keep tags attached. For shoes, confirm soles are clean and unmarked.
  5. Ship with tracking at your cost to the Burbank address provided. Keep your receipt.
  6. After we receive and inspect the item, we will ship your exchange for free or issue store credit. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.

Important notes

  • Items that arrive worn, washed, altered, or damaged may be declined.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a tracked service.
